Rate limits for the Slingshot API are based on your subscription plan and apply to authenticated customer traffic. If you exceed your allowed usage, the API will return a 429 Too Many Requests response along with rate-limit metadata to help you determine when to retry. Example default limits may include request thresholds per second, per minute, and per day.

If you need higher limits, Slingshot may be able to increase your rate limits upon request. Any increase requires a new agreement with Slingshot.
