How to Retrieve Your Data Order

Existing Data Purchases

If you recently purchased existing data from Slingshot’s Global Sensor Network, we’re excited to walk you through what happens next.

After your purchase, you should receive an email confirmation with details about your order.

You can also review your order in the Portal by navigating to Marketplace and selecting the Orders tab.

Data delivery is typically completed the same day.

The expectation time to receive an existing data order delivery in Portal is 15 min. to 1 hr.

If you do not see your data delivery, please contact Customer Support so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Future Routine Data Orders

If you recently purchased data for routine tracking, you should have received an email explaining that our team will first conduct a feasibility assessment before your order can be completed.

This feasibility assessment allows Slingshot’s Orbit Analyst team to confirm that we can provide the full dataset you requested.

If there are any issues with data availability, our team will contact you with details about any limitations or concerns.

Once the feasibility assessment is complete and your request is approved, you will receive a payment link to finalize your purchase. After the team receives your payment, your data will be delivered within the timeframe provided in your order details.

The estimated turnaround time for delivery is three days, though in many cases data may be delivered sooner depending on overall request volume.

Future data orders are delivered by email within 3 business days. The Orders view in Marketplace within the Portal is for reference only and confirms receipt of your request.
