Use the AI Assistant

The AI Assistant provides quick answers and guidance directly within the Slingshot Portal.

To access the AI Assistant:

  1. Click the AI Assistant button in the top-right corner of the portal.

  2. Select Helpdesk Support

  3. Ask your question using natural language or click a prompt to start a conversation with our AI Assistant.

You can ask questions such as:

  • “How do I visualize 3D orbits?”

  • “Where can I access anomaly detection?”

  • “How do I request satellite data?”

The AI Assistant can help you quickly locate tools, documentation, and workflows.

You may also submit a request to our Support team through the chat window.
