How Manage Your Organization

If your subscription includes multiple seats, Portal makes it easy to manage your organization through the Organization Details view in Account Settings.

This view is available only to the Account Owner assigned to the account. In most cases, this is the person whose email address was used at the time of purchase. Users who are part of the organization but are not the Account Owner will not have access to this view.

How to access Organization Details

  1. Log in to Portal.

  2. Select the Settings icon in the top navigation bar.

  3. Open Account Settings.

  4. Select Organization Details.

Once you open this page, you can view and manage key information about your organization.

What you can view in Organization Details

In the Organization Details view, the Account Owner can access:

  • Slingshot Account Admin
    View your assigned Slingshot team contact for help with plan upgrades, contract questions, or feature requests.

    Note: This only applies to customers who purchased their subscription through Slingshot’s sales team. For all other customers, the primary contact is [email protected].

  • Organization Information
    Review and edit your organization name and primary contact.

  • Billing & Payments
    View your current plan, next billing date, and payment method.
    Select Manage Billing to open the Stripe hosted customer portal, where you can manage invoices, subscriptions, and billing details.

  • Account Details
    Review account status, account start date, account end date, and total credits, if applicable.

  • License Seat Allocation
    See how many seats are currently assigned and how many are available under your subscription.

  • Available Features Available to This Organization
    View your organizations plan type to view which features are enabled or disabled for your organizations license.

Note: On Standard and Pro plans, all users must be on the same plan type. Enterprise supports custom plan configurations for features found in Free, Standard, and Pro plans.

  • User Management
    Download the current user template or upload an XLSX file to add, update, or remove users in your subscription. You can also edit user roles and remove users from this view.

Important note

Only the Account Owner can access and manage organization-level settings. Other users in the organization can access their own account experience but will not see the full Organization Details management view.
