Option 1: Manage Billing
In Account Settings, select Manage Billing. This will take you to the Stripe customer portal, where you can manage your subscription and billing details.
In the Stripe customer portal, you can:
View and manage your subscription
Upgrade your current plan
Review billing history and invoices
Update payment and billing details
This option is best if you want to make changes directly through the billing portal or review invoice and subscription information at the same time.
Option 2: Plan Details
In Account Settings, you can also go to Plan Details to review your current subscription and choose a new plan.
From the Plan Details section, select the plan you want to upgrade to. After choosing your new plan, you will be taken to Stripe checkout to complete the upgrade.
In checkout, you may also be able to:
Adjust quantity
Apply a promotional code, if available
Note: In plan details you are unable to downgrade or adjust seats when upgrading to a new plan.
Add SPUs
To add SPUs in the account settings, locate the SPU & Credits tab and Select Add Credits.
Select how many SPUs you need. You can always add more if you are unsure.
Please note: For API and Data purchases you will need to have enough SPUs before completing your order or gaining access to the data.
Summary
To upgrade your plan, go to Account Settings and use either:
Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal and manage subscriptions, invoices, and billing
Plan Details to review available plans and select a new subscription tier
