To apply a promotional code, first into the Portal and open your account settings. Then select select Plan Details and choose the subscription plan you would like to upgrade to.
After selecting your plan, you will be taken to our Stripe checkout page. In checkout, you can review your subscription, adjust quantity, add SPUs, and enter your promotional code before completing your purchase.
Steps to apply a promotional code
Sign into Portal and got to Account Settings > Plan Details
Select the subscription plan you want to purchase or upgrade to.
Continue to the Stripe checkout page.
Adjust the quantity of seats if needed.
Add SPUs if applicable.
Enter your promotional code in the promo code field.
Complete checkout to apply the discount to your order.
Notes
Promotional codes are only valid during the advertised promotional period.
Some promotional offers may apply only to specific plans or billing terms.
If your code does not apply, confirm that it is still active and entered exactly as provided.
