⚠️ Important: Your Seradata login credentials will NOT work in the new Slingshot Portal. You must create a new password using the Forgot Password process. This password reset will not affect their standalone credentials (email + password) in Seradata.
Step 1 — Open the Portal Login Page
You can access the portal in either of the following ways:
• Click the Slingshot Portal link provided in your welcome email
or
• Navigate directly to the portal login page in your browser.
Step 2 — Click “Forgot Password”
On the login page:
Click Forgot Password
This will allow you to create your password for the portal.
Step 3 — Enter Your Email Address
Enter the email address associated with your Slingshot account
Click Submit / Send Reset Link
The system will send you a password reset email.
Step 4 — Check Your Email
Open the password reset email
Click the Reset Password link
This will take you to the secure password creation page.
Step 5 — Create Your Password
Enter your new password
Confirm your password
Submit the form
Your password is now set.
Step 6 — Log In
Return to the Portal Login Page
Enter:
your email address
your new password
Click Log In
You will now be able to access the Slingshot Portal.
