When to Submit a Feature Request

You can submit a feature request if you would like to see:

  • A new capability or tool added to the platform

  • An improvement to an existing feature

  • Additional data sources or analytics

  • Enhancements to workflows, dashboards, or visualizations

Feature requests help us prioritize updates that deliver the most value to our users.


What to Include in Your Request

When submitting a request, please provide as much detail as possible. Helpful information includes:

  • A clear description of the feature

  • The problem or workflow you are trying to solve

  • Which tool or area of the portal the request relates to

  • Any examples or screenshots that illustrate the need

This information helps our product team evaluate and prioritize requests.


What Happens After You Submit

Once your request is submitted:

  1. Our product team reviews the request.

  2. We evaluate how it fits within our roadmap and current development priorities.

  3. If additional information is needed, our team may follow up with you.

While we cannot guarantee that every request will be implemented, all feedback is reviewed and considered.
