Ongoing Improvements
As part of the initial release, some features may not yet reflect the full intended experience.
Examples may include:
Minor UI inconsistencies and light theme inconsistencies
Performance variability in high-data views and AI chat
Occasional delays in loading certain datasets and analytics
Time syncing across anomaly alerts and launch events
These are actively being monitored and improved via smaller ongoing releases in Q2, as we look to more robust data syncing, processing and analytics in Q3.
Account Settings
Subscription Plan Panel May Not Reopen
In some cases, the Upgrade Subscription Plan section in Account Settings may not reopen after being closed.
Workaround:
Navigate to a different page in the portal
Then return to Account Settings
Reopen the subscription section
Digital Space Twin (DST)
Performance May Vary by Browser
Performance of the Digital Space Twin can vary depending on your browser and system configuration.
Current Recommendation:
For best performance, try using:

We are actively evaluating and optimizing browser performance across environments.
DST and Data Suite Interest Factor Charts
Interest Factor Score in Data Suite and Digital Space Twin may occasionally show slight delays or temporary gaps as data is processed and synchronized between the Agatha engine and the Portal.
Mobile Accessibility
We’re aware of known mobile issues affecting apps such as Digital Space Twin and Developer Suite. For the best viewing experience on mobile devices, we recommend using landscape mode. Updates to improve the mobile experience are planned for Q2.
On Android devices, enabling Desktop Site mode may also make navigation and other interface elements easier to access in landscape.
Our AI Chat in Portal is in beta and not accessible via mobile device.
